  • nothing is "because I'm old" - lazy, fat, uninterested,...
  • nobody wants to know if you can/can't poop - stay "regular", eat fruit and vegetables, drink lots of water (or green tea is ok), exercise
  • eat enough protein - Bill says many older adults don't eat enough protein for bones to heal
